Richard Pomije - Chairman of the Board
Dick Pomije, 58, has more then 25 years of experience in the computer technology, networking and communications industries. In addition to founding DigitalTown, he has been involved in developing a variety of entrepreneurships for many years. Dick is a proud alumnus (1974) of Burnsville High School (www.burnsvilleblaze.com), where his father once was assistant superintendent, and is a founding member of the school's Black-and-Gold Foundation.

David Pomije - CEO
David Pomije "Serial Entrepreneur" and Angel investor
In 1988, David founded FuncoLand, predecessor to GameStop, an Interactive Entertainment Company with over 5,000 retail locations. From inception until its sale to Barnes and Noble in 2000, David held the position chairman and CEO of FuncoLand. He oversaw the building of a team of professionals, the transformation to a public company, and rapid growth to 400 locations and $250 million in revenue. Additionally, he oversaw the launching of The Game Informer magazine, the world's largest interactive entertainment magazine.
As a son of a teacher, a personal highlight of David's career was combining video game play as an inducement for kids to focus on education. This was accomplished by conducting video game contests at a localized level for students maintaining a certain grade point average. The final National Video Game Championship was held in the rotunda at the MOA. The winning student earned a $25,000 scholarship for post high school studies underscoring the importance of education.

Paul Gramstad - CFO
Paul Gramstad, a Certified Public Account and Chief Financial Officer previously served as the acting CFO of DigitalTown, Inc. from October 5,2007, to September 16, 2008. Prior to that he served as CFO for Innovative Financial Services, as Controller for Gift Certificate Center and as Accounting Manager for CONUS Communications. Paul is an alumnus (1979) of Moundsview High School (www.moundsviewmustangs.com). He is also very active in his children's high school (www.eastviewlightning.com), where he is president of the boys' lacrosse booster club and former treasurer of the football booster club.

Dave Dahl - Director of Region's Most Preferred Source For Complete Weather Coverage
Dave joined 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS in 1977 and has been on the air since 1979. He oversees one of the most responsive and accurate weather tracking operations in the industry -- and the region's preferred source for complete weather coverage. He delivers his weather forecasts on 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS weeknights at 6 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. Dave also provides the forecast and current weather warnings or advisories weekdays on KS95's morning show, KS95's afternoon show with Moon and Staci, and 1500 ESPN Twin Cities. Dave was also 1998 Broadcaster of the Year by the Minnesota Broadcaster's Association.

Jeff Mills - Audit Committee
Jeff Mills, 47, joined DigitalTown's board in 2003. For the last 17 years, Jeff has worked for Xerox Corporation in various operations and sales positions. In addition, he also has served as director for one private company and as president, owner and operator of various business ventures. Jeff's high school alma mater is in Denver, Iowa, (www.denvercyclones.com), class of 1979.
